At DICK’S Sporting Goods, interns have the opportunity to work with and learn from the leaders of a growing Fortune 400 company. DICK’S Sporting Goods is returning to campus this year; to recruit, train and develop top collegiate talent into well-rounded retail analytics teammates.
During the 11-week summer experience, interns will take on meaningful work assignments and make tangible contributions to the organization’s success. This structured and well-organized program provides on-the-job training, classroom instruction, cross-functional departmental exposure and an end-of-program project presentation.
The Undergraduate Strategy Internship will give you the opportunity to both be embedded in the day-to-day work of the Strategy team while also working on a high-priority, consulting-like strategic project aimed at providing the business with insights and recommendations to shape future strategies. To support you throughout the Summer, colleagues across the Strategy team will provide a strong support system. For day-to-day management, you will report directly to a Manager of Strategy. Additionally, you will have weekly status-checks and coaching from leaders in our Strategy department.
